All prescription weight loss medications supplied by us require a valid prescription issued following a clinical consultation. Our online consultation is reviewed by a qualified, GPhC-registered pharmacist or prescriber.

Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our clinical team. Completing a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely.
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time; however, the price confirmed at the point of order will apply to that transaction.
If your order is declined by our clinical team following consultation, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 working days.
Orders approved by our pharmacist are dispatched within 1 working day of approval. We use tracked, discreet packaging for all deliveries. While we take every reasonable step to meet this timeframe, delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including postal delays.
It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided is accurate. We cannot accept liability for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address details.
You may cancel your order prior to pharmacist approval for a full refund. Once a prescription has been issued and your order dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns of prescription-only medicines (POMs) for safety and legal reasons, except in cases where the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
